The Parish Leadership Team originated in the Amazing Parish movement. Amazing Parish believes that “every pastor was meant to experience joy and fulfillment in leading his parish.” Through Amazing Parish, a pastor is guided on how to build an effective leadership team and improve the spiritual and organizational health of the parish.

Fr. Mark and the Parish Leadership Team are responsible for the spiritual and overall organizational health of the entire parish. The PLT meets weekly to prayerfully discern, plan, and implement initiatives that will best lead Our Lady of Peace to deepen our encounter and friendship with Jesus Christ especially in the holy Eucharist and to embolden our parishioners to respond to their baptismal call to “make disciples of all nations.”
